The San Marco Club is a neighborhood anchor in a sea of temptation for people struggling to turn their lives around. The San Marco Club of Jacksonville Fl. has 156 12-step meetings a month attended by many people from diverse backgrounds . Every day people living on the edge start the long journey back to responsible citizenship.

The San Marco Club is self supporting while providing the community with an important source of stability, for both the neighborhood and for the members who are trying to turn their lives around.

In the current era of shrinking social service resources, The San Marco Club is a dependable asset for the local judicial system at virtually no cost to the City. 12-Step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon provide family support to the alcoholic and their families and additional stability to the community.
